‘We Play’ 3×3 sessions planned across the UK

GB Basketball, with the support of FIBA  through its Youth Development Fund, the three Home Countries  and GB sponsors Molten will be hosting free Under 14 “We Play” 3×3 basketball events for boys and girls across the UK over the coming weeks.

Each event will have a maximum of 60 places available so interested players will need to act fast to be involved in a busy day of fun, coaching and games. Every player will also receive a Molten Basketball and commemorative t-shirt.

The first event takes place this Saturday, 22nd June, at the Oriam Centre, Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, hosted by basketballscotland. To find out more, click HERE to contact the team.

Basketball Wales will host their event on the 14th July, 2019 at the Cardiff Met University, applications are now open and more information is available by clicking here.

The final event will be hosted by Basketball England and details will be announced in the coming weeks.

GB Olympian and cap centurion Kieron Achara has been working with the various Home Countries on the project, coordinating arrangements for the various sessions. Kieron will also be one of the coaching staff on hand to assist the players involved.
